Great appointment. A few inspections were completed during my oil change appointment and a report was received with recommendations for upcoming maintenance. The appointment was a little long, like 2 hours

Salesman was excellent. Very accommodating and low key. Cash offer was accepted pretty quickly by management. Finance guy was surly and obviously unhappy that I did not purchase and extended warranty. Did not say thank you, or much of anything after the transaction was completed. Very happy with the car, and overall purchase experience was very good.

This is the best dealership I have ever been to. The service department is fair and honest. All the service advisors are friendly and knowledgeable. The prices of service is very reasonable, considering it's a dealership. My most recent service was front and rear brakes. Couldn't be happier. They stand by their work, and if there is ever an issue, they immediately correct it. I can not say enough good about Pinnacle Nissan service! Highly recommend!
