Eddie has been an incredible help, a wealth of knowledge with amazing kindness and attentive service. When I had a surprise need of new rear brakes, he allowed me to walk back into the service bay, where the technician showed me that where on my brakes and explained the dangers before allowing me to make the decision on replacing them.
