They said the battery would go soon and wanted over $300. for a battery. Too much since we bought the care there and get our service there. The staff is very helpful. Two days later my car wouldnt start and we had to get a battery and it was $245. and they put it in for us. A discount being a veteran and a discount for over 65.
Pinnacle Nissan is very organized. I like going there. They keep you up on everything needed and happening with your car during service.
Billie and Barry are great. They both explained things to me in a way I understood them. Barry is the only one that I want working on my care.
They did a great job, they are very professional!
The service was great - it couldn't have been better. Jordan was particularly accommodating and available for all my questions and concerns.
