Customer service was awesome but I was still undecided. Not sure if i could make the payment. The payment online is never what they offer.
Pinnacle Nissan service department is the best. They are polite, professional and always caring, never any pressure. The facility is spotlessly clean and pleasant. Their hours make it very convenient to get your car serviced before and after work and on Saturdays.

Find everyone there helpful and professional. I receive a recap of services needed and pricing so that I can determine what works best for me. Work is always finished when promised. The service advisors are helpful and willing to answer any questions I have.
