The prompt greeting for the appointment time, the friendly attitude of the service department technician. The amount of time required was within the estimate given. The Wi-Fi worked well i9n the waiting area. Appreciated the bottled water and snacks. If more coupons could have been utilized, that would have been a benefit.
I love my service consultant, Billy and manager Joey! It says a lot about a business when they keep great people for many years! Joey was my service consultant before he became the manager - well-deserved!
Dan did a great job and was very helpful. The service was fast and efficient. There are two things that would have been better. Now I have received the notice that the Zertec paint protection is due. Why were those two not connected and saved me another trip to the dealership. Second, I'm having an issue with the credit department of Nissan. I talked to a sales manager and he took the problem to the general manager and was promised a call back on the issue. Plus Anna said she would look into the issue. So far I have not hear... read more
This is the 3rd time coming to Pinnacle Nissan for Service. All the Reps are kind, courteous and professional. Good work done on my car here. Highly recommend them. Hope to buy my next car here soon.
It was simple online scheduling, I was greeted by my advisor. They got me in and out quickly. My only concern was $400 for a fuel system cleaning is double of that outside of the dealership.
Liked that Billy diagnosed our ticking noise immediately on arrival. Car was done when we returned from lunch. The Leaf's Air Conditioning was real cold. All items were fixed very satisfactorily.
