The work was completed thoroughly and promptly.
Great service. Friendly, ready ontime
Alignment wasn't done correctly and my car pulled heavily to the right after my service. Had to take back to get readjusted, which they did. Unsure if they checked fluid levels at all, because at initial dropoff I specifically asked if they could refill wiper fluid, was tole yes, and it was not done.
It was great! No problems whatsoever.
Service was done professionally with clearly written paperwork at the end.
Great service department and excellent mechanics! Also really nice waiting room with coffee, snacks and TV.
Timely helpful and courteous
My service advisor is Eddie and he is super nice! The waiting area is good too ( could use an ice machine though). My car is always clean when it is done being worked on. I have a Toyota but I bought it at Pinnacle Nissan. I drive across town to get service there because it has been a good experience so far! Thank you!
It was just a basic 15000 mile warranty at 13000 miles. Oil change, tire rotation, brake fluid flush and fill, and air filters. I also had the Zaktec treatment done and it came out looking great. The best part was I was in and out in two hours like Mike said I would be.
