As always, my experience at Pinnacle Nissan is very satisfactory. They got me in promptly at my scheduled appointment time, allowed me to wait in the comfortable waiting room, reviewed my overall vehicule status, addressed major points with me, made the one "fix" and oil change that I was needing, washed my car, and then sent me on my way - all withing a two hour time frame. I will be back to Pinnacle Nissan soon to address some of the remaining outstanding issues. Thank you!
