Didn't have an appointment but was nicely and promptly greeted by Jordon when I pulled up and requested service for a bad battery. He asked what my vehicle issues were and concerns. Jordon kept me updated during my vehicle being serviced progress.
In years past. I've tried 5 of our local wheel alignment shops. All have given me varied degrees of dissatisfaction. That is why I've chosen Pinnacle Nissan to preform my service needs whenever possible. Being on a fixed income, Pinnacle Nissan maybe and understandably higher priced on their services than our local shops. But I can't afford the hassle and expense of having my mechanical work preformed out of 'specs' only to have the same procedure done a 2nd or 3rd time. Signed by another satisfied customer.
Always a positive experience when I pick up my vehicle from Pinnacle Nissan Sales or Service. Each employee, Perry in Sales, Tony, Mike, Felipe, in Admin, Mike the King,Joey, and DJ in service and delivery. They are all top shelf talent. They've gone above and beyond, and shown there willingness and ability to have outdone and out-funned every other dealer I've worked with in the past in AZ, (out of 2 dozen+ easily by this point, Whoa that's excessive)
