After I got over the hurdle of no follow up communication with the sales person to get a date to start, I couldn’t be happier. 1 hr to dig the holes, 12 hrs to put the building up minus the garage doors. I am very picky when it comes to construction projects and the crew from Pioneer fit my expectations of perfection. I would recommend to anyone
Our building was supposed to take one week to construct we are now one month from start and still not finished. Our business is due to be open in 10 weeks and we are now one month behind on being able to finish our project. They did not plan enough material so our roof was left unfinished at which point it has been rained on multiple times and soaking out insulation. Having my 40 x 60 structure built by Pioneer was the best decision I could have made. Build quality, professionalism and customer service was all top notch. Our next building will be built by Pioneer as well.
This review is specific to additions that I needed on my pole bldg. I needed snow and leaf guards added and Spenser Morlan from Pioneer did an excellent job. He was respectful, polite, friendly and as nice as they come. I was pleasantly surprised how quick and yet meticulous he was. Thank you Spencer! I do, and will continue to, recommend Pioneer Pole!
Pioneer was very communicative, professional and fast while going through the planning process and building of our pole building. The whole team is on top of everything start to finish. They took the time to explain everything and plan according to our state requirements etc. for building. Their employees building the barn went immediately to work upon arrival to our home and their work was meticulous. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
