Rosha and Grace provided amazing customer service and helped us with all the steps in the process all the way to closing. The website allowed us to upload documents online and use DocuSign, making it very convenient to take care of everything remotely. I highly recommend Grace and Rosha and their team!

We worked with Grace and her team to help my sister purchase her first home. We had spoken to two other mortgage lenders (WF and Citi) but WF was very quick to dismiss us and Citi was not well versed with the Lift grant that my sister received. Ultimately, we started an application with PHMC online and was immediately contacted by Grace and her team. Great staff , Grace was amazing, quick responding , make sure I understand everything, if I had a question she will answer. Right away , fast service , I was approved and in a home in just 2 months, the whole staff was great . I will totally recommend the Platinum team.
