Yusef and Rachel were very friendly and hardworking from the very beginning. I was approved for a loan when we were still living in Orange County, CA. Rachel was on top of this refi every step of the way. The appraisal fee was waived, saving me $525. When papers needed signatures, they sent a notary with them to my house. Rachel responded to any questions I had, the same day. And, she even helped me set up the auto pay at my credit union. Fantastic support. The whole refi, start to finish, in 55 days!
