The service was friendly and explained everything easily and simply. My own complaint was it took over four hours for an oil change and safety inspection.

I have an old vw rabbit which needed much care due to wear and tear items. Vehicle was well taken care of and loaner car provided. What a smooth transaction. Even after it was done my wife had an issue with her battery and they replaced it on the spot. No games. Honest and detailed feedback. They provide videos of initial findings. Staff is great even under stressful times they manage to get things done and right. Thank you platinum!
