Mid pandemic, they were taking great precautions: kept everyone outside, gloves, plastic lining seat and steering wheel, and providing lyfts for shuttle service. Overall service was great. Nothing left more broken than it arrived and the service I needed were done in a timely manor.
Prompt response to my inquiry and efficient with my time. Given COVID-19 limitations the process was all virtual using email and text. Buy far the best purchasing experience Ive ever had. The car I purchased was as described and I appreciated all the video and photos sent prior to making my decision.
