The service rep we had is horrible, no transparency. Had our car for almost a month. Did not advise us that other parts were needed when we had been given a date to pick up car. Our rental had to be given back and we requested a loaner and was told they were out of loaners, Really ??????? Called 2-4 times and was always told the Rep nor the Manager were at their desk. Recommendedbad. how bad? very! these folks held my car for 2 months and tried to intimidate me when I arrived to demand it be returned. your buyer's experience may possibly be smooth enough, but anything beyond that be VERY careful and I would recommend Amy other dealership possible for warranty matters.
