Do not lease a car with them! I am approaching the end of my lease in April, and I receive multiple calls and emails every week about turning my car in early. When I call back and say, I will they tell me I will be charged for the remaining payments. Why would I want to turn in my car so I can still be charged for it? Stop calling me and emailing me!!
What a horrific experience I just had with the service department! They quote you a price for service, have you sign on the acceptance line, and then don't honor it when they realize they need to make more money off of you. My Sonata is less than 2 years old...I hope Plaza Hyundai realizes how much money is lost over the long term when you alienate a customer forever. If you live in Brooklyn - or are even thinking about taking a ride out here - and are considering going to Plaza Hyundai....stay away!
Worst dealer and service department in the world they need to close down asap went to another dealer they figured issue out with my car something you guys could not do in a week
I got there @ 7 for just an oil change and was made to wait 3 hours, to top it off they did not put an oil change sticker on windshield. I'm not coming back to Plaza for anything ever again.
Bullshitters that's all I can say about this place. Please go to bay ridge Hyundai if you wanna buy a car. They got me the car whithin an hour where I waited three days at Hyundai plaza
Customer service is terrible, the mechanics do not know what they are doing and the labor price is outrageous especially when I was told that was the price for parts. I will NEVER BE BACK and encourage everyone to take the service needs elsewhere.
Worst car dealer I've ever dealt with. They agreed to pay off the balance of my old lease & never did. My credit got messed up & only after calling and e-mailing them numerous times & threatening to call the BBB and NYS Attorney General' office did they finally pay. Not too mention they kept us waiting at the dealership for about 8 hours when we leased the new car. DON'T GO HERE!!!
Plaza Hyundai is the worst! I placed a $100.00 deposit down from my credit card towards a Sonata, was told I would receive a call back to pick up the car the following day. Never received a call back...day 3 I requested a refund from salesman James he quickly transfered me over to another salesman named Diony who advised me the refund would be processed, well it's been 2 weeks since then and still no refund...Don't ever do business with Plaza Hyundai!
