The sales staff is great but the service department sucks.I took my car for service in the summer.i received coupons for a seasonal service so I decided to use it did a wheel alignment ,tire rotation and oil change. Oil was fine (thats if they chanced it. We will never know) the tires where rotated but the wheel alignment was not done.i took the car back to that service center three (3) times for them to do over the wheel alignment and they never did it right . The service organization from the top down it totally irresponsible. They have no consideration for the customer, they promise to keep you informed but never call back. They don't follow up on commitments. My car is still there after 3 weeks and I still can't get a satisfactory answer as to when it will be completed. The claim is they are waiting on the insurance company behind their award winning extended service contract. Really angry that the service people lied to me and said that the $300+ 15,000 mile service was only what the manufacturer recommends even after I asked about that specifically. After doing the maintenance I found the actual manufacturer recommendation and what I really needed was an oil change and to have some things inspected, which should have cost $50 or less.

Good sales staff. Bad finance manager at close of sale lacks integrity and customer service skills. The way she works and behaves definitely makes this dealership seem sleazy and untrustworthy. It's a shame because Hyundai is really a 4-star car. Finance Manager barely brings Plaza Hyundai to a 1-star dealership
