I would influence everyone to become a member at pleasant plains family dentistry, because they make the experience fun while being professional. The customer service is priceless and unforgettable. Erin is my mvp though. After a long day of work, I get in the chair for her to check out my mouth and she brings that energy as if I was her first customer of the day. We talk about movies, tv, sports, etc.. Gets my mind off the work being done and makes appointment go by quicker
If you are terrified of going to the dentist, Pleasant Plains Dental is for you. I've had severe anxiety and some pretty horrible experiences in the past with other dentists, so I just stopped going. After several years of neglect, my teeth and gums were in horrible shape and then the toothaches forced me to find some courage. I HATE going to the dentist! However, everyone is this location are AMAZING. I have been using this office for 2 yrs now. They make me feel comfortable, they knew my fear of dentist and they make sure I’m ok in each visit. Now my husband and my 2 kids use them. They are so professional and kind.
