RecommendedHighly recommend these guys. They may cost a little more than other's but you can't beat the treatment & respect. Dr. Ali and Dr. Ernst are top notch period. Whole staff are nice people. If you've had bad experiences elsewhere like i had, you won't have any here. Dr. Ali takes care of me and is kind, gentle, and explains everything before & while he is doing the procedure. Best place i have ever been for dental. Give them a try you wont be sorry!
Great staff and knowledgeable doctors. They explained my questions and put me at ease about what I need to get done. The TV on the ceiling help to get my mind if the dental procedure. Overall a great experience!
Great dental office with friendly staff! Dr. Ernst and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I came in for a cleaning and Dr. Ernst provided quality patient care and made sure that I was comfortable. He listened to my concerns and provided explanations in layman's terms. The best dentist I ever had was in PA,i didn't think I would find one like him when I moved to NC. Boy was I wrong. Dr. Ernst and his staff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! So nice, patient, and gentle. I had to get a tooth extracted today and was so nervous. Dr Ernst talked me through every step leading up to it and it helped me relax. I know I said thank you a million times already but I am so grateful for you all.
I got my wisdom teeth removed a couple of months ago and I thought it was gonna be terrible but the staff made me feel right at home and was very nice and I didn't feel a thing I'll definitely be back for my next dental procedure if I ever need one.
Pleasant Plains is the best. Their staff is awesome. They make you feel comfortable! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Dr. Ernst is great!
Having to get two wisdom tooth extractions at 48 is not the most exciting thing in the world. Having grown up hearing horror stories about getting your wisdom teeth removed had me very nervous, to say the least. Dr. Henry Ernst and his staff made me feel at ease and in good hands.
