We had an emergency visit with Dr. Ali. He was very honest about the treatment plan. The entire staff was very friendly and made you feel at ease. Brooke was very caring and compassionate when she came in to discuss the financial part of the plan. Our family hates the dentist but I think we now have found our family dentist.
I have been going to Pleasant Plains and Dr Ernst since they first opened. This is a fantastic dental office. I had a consultation today to discuss getting a new night guard. Dr Ernst looked at my current one which is something I purchased online from a night guard manufacturer unrelated to Dr Ernst. My daughter has always been a little phobic when it comes to dentist. But since we've switched, Dr. Ernst has been amazing. Today she had all 4 of her wisdom teeth surgically removed. She was very anxious and scared. Again, Dr. Ernst and his team ...amazing! He called me later in the evening to check on her. His bedside manner, level of care and professionalism can't be touched.
They definitely eased my anxiety about dentists my boys love going to the dentist now
Very nice , very modern, super friendly staff. Dr was very concerned with my pain . Coffee, computers for adults and computers with games set up for kids.
I will never go to another dentist again! My whole life i have had anxiety and have been scared to death of going to the dentist. I have been to this place 3 times and every single time they were so patient with me,made me feel very comfortable, kept asking if i was feeling ok. The whole entire staff was very kind. Best decision I could have ever made was choosing pleasant plains seriously!!
