Their plumbers are courteous, friendly and respectful and it is a pleasure to deal with them. Today Joey came over because we thought we had a leak in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. Joey couldn't find the problem but he tried everything possible and apologized because he couldn't identify the problem.
The work hasn't been done yet, BUT, if the completed job is anything like my experience and impression with Scott, the technician, I expect to be more than satisfied. He was courteous, informative, and professional, and gave me a price that was lower than my best expectations.
