Scott from Plumb Pro was referred to me from another plumber. He was punctual and knowledgeable about his equipment and what he needed to do to find a solution to my problem.He spent additional time explaining things to me and showed me what the problem was. Anxiously awaiting the arrival of the Plumb Pro crew to replace my main sewer line. Although this is an unexpected and expensive issue for me, it has to be done. I feel confident and trust in this company and I will review them once the work is completed.
He was very knowledgeable in other areas.

I had a leak in the main water supply line underground behind my office. I called Plumb-Pro about 8:30 AM and the service tech was onsite about 11:00 AM. The repair was made quickly and the tech was professional. I think the price was too high. The repair and filling in the ditch took less than an hour and the bill was over $450. That said, I was glad they came so quickly and got the repair completed and the water back on to my office.

We ended up doing a bathroom remodel in an old house, which made the job more challenging. The plumbing technicians, tile specialist and Sheetrock contractors worked together well and rehabbed this old bathroom. Work was neatly done, and the people doing it were courteous and efficient
