Very good experience. Our main water line cracked. Joseph Simmons came out explained everything and gave me a fair estimate. He then started right away. Then it started pouring rain and to my surprise he was still digging the trench. I said Please get out of the rain.. He sat in his van and after the rain he finished the job..Highly recommended Plumb Pro and if you can get Joseph you will get a very professional and thorough plumber.ð ð
Happy to have finally gotten a professional plumber to replace both spigots at my house. Special thanks for Danny coming out today to get this job done. If you have bought a house in Charleston, SC built over the past 10-15 years, you probably have horrible plumbing done by an amateur that all these builders hire. Builders of track homes in Charleston NEVER employ professional plumbers. As a result of this, I had a broken water pipe and an insurance claim close to $20k. Plumb Pro is my plumber! the gentlemen that worked on our broken water main were amazing. From coming out in the evening on Sunday when the problem was discovered to working in the rain to repair the line, they were informative, accomodating, and worked hard to get water coming back into the house. I would highly recommend this company
Very thorough, professional and pleasant. Observed Covid precautions and cleaned well under sink. A little pricey but? Would recommend and would use again depending on price negotation.
