Great experience, they were prompt and got the job done.
Was in need of water heater. Joel was very professional and patient. He answered all our questions as we were undecided about tank vs. tankless. We decided on tankless and the installation was flawless! Joel explained everything and what to expect--so far we are VERY pleased! Was a bit pricey but we think it will pay for itself in other savings.
Had a few glitches with fixtures, but they came back and redid the problem fixtures. Last thing to check is spray to the ice maker in freezer, but we are sure that will be no problem. The service came at no delay, so if anyone had an emergency they could be there quickly,too.
Nate was a good person. The price seemed a bit high.
