Very impressed with Plumb Pro employee Jim. He was punctual and knowledgeable. He clearly explained to me and showed me what was going on with my well pump and tank. Jim was polite, professional and did quality work for a fair price.
I am completely satisfied with the overall service. The repair men were on time, friendly, and very respectful. They addressed all my questions, explained all my options, and the associated cost for each option. I had a new water heater installed in a few hours. I also had the hot water turn on valve replaced underneath the kitchen sink. Their professionalism and knowledge gave me confidence that I was in good hands. I would certainly recommend this company to my neighbors, friends, and family.
