My tech was very nice, good sense of humor, and showed me exactly what was wrong.
I can't stress how excellent these professionals were on my job. Water heater died out suddenly at night and they showed up, installed a quick temporary water heater so we could take showers, then returned the next day for the full install. Very polite, very professional and clearly explained my options as well as costs for each. Plumb-Pro will be my "go to" plumber when I have a need.
