I had to replace my water heater and had a VERY GOOD experience with Bill Glass who owns Plumbing Right Now. He charged me $1200 less than what was originally quoted by another company, and he is a genuinely nice person.

Bill Glass from plumbing right now was hired to replace my hot water heater. He was very professional and knowledgable, and he gave me good advice about which unit to choose. The price was a little higher than I had hoped, but was for a high quality heater. There was a problem during installation, but Bill got it fixed very quickly and we didn't have to worry about it.

During the process of installation of heating system. A technician accidentally stepped down to hard and actually punched a small hole in the laundry ceiling. Evidently we were not the first to step through area from the looks of the drywall patch. This is a bad design from the builder and recommended to the homeowner a few ways to remedy that problem before him or his wife would possibly do the same thing.
