Bill and Crew were very Professional. After describing my problem online I got a call back by a real person in minutes. We made and appointment and Bill was on time. He explained my options and described the work plan. We had to wait for the utility marking service. But they got the work done in a day, They put everything back as they found it and you could not tell work was done there.
He was quick to respond to my need for main drain to get cleared. And didn't ask for a nickle. Awesome. He was informative about products and repair methods. When he did the main drain that went into my neighbors yard, you couldn't tell he had been there. EXCEPT for no more main drain issues. Had been about 3 months or so since the repairs. STILL no worries. Great company to do business with. If more people were this dedicated and honest, we would have a far better country today.
Everything was accomplished in a timely and professional manner; the quality of the work was outstanding. All in all my wife and I are very happy with the service provided and will highly recommend this company to others.
Quick to respond to my need, informative about products and installation methods, helpful re product choice, had product I chose on hand, installed soon after I said go,installation went quickly; so far everything seems good about the finished product.
Bill Glass provided our family a clear explanation of the issue we were encountering. Also, provided us three possible solutions we could go with. Being so close to Christmas, this allowed our family to make the sound decision that would best suit us. He was professional, on time and courteous. Bill Glass is a man of his word. With a helper, Bill Glass replaced our leaking hot water heater that was in a difficult location in the attic. He corrected the drainage lines that contributed to the tank leaking on to the ceiling below. We wish he had done the previous installation so we could have avoided a ceiling repair this time. We would and plan to use him to replace our other water heater in the next few months.
Bill Glass is professional, friendly, timely, does what he says he'll do, follows up and makes sure the job is done right. I would most definitely recommend him to others and already have.
Bill Glass responded immediately to my request for service, explained the problem I was having with existing tankless water heater, and explained the process to remove and replace it with one that would be best for the size of our house, and up to code. He and his co-worker were courteous and knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with.
