Bill Glass and his crew were very courteous and professional. Bill kept me posted as to each facet of the job, which turned out to be far more extensive than originally thought. His bid was not the cheapest but I feel you get what you pay for and I got exactly that.. an expert in his field and a top quality job. I definitely would recommend this company to family and friends.

Bill Glass, the owner, worked with me to get a major leak repaired. He not only was professional and courteous but he also took the time to explain what needed to be done, the laws and rules of the state about plumbing and helped me deal with another person that was involved in the leak. Company very professional, my project was very important to Bill Glass its owner, he did it right, on time and within his quote!! In My opinion A very good company, that truly cares about their work, and in doing so, their customers.
The gentlemen (Mr. B) could have easily told me anything other than what the problem really was and charged me for. His honesty spoke volumes to me and for that, I am truly greatful!
Bill Glass was very professional and replaced my hot water heater the day it started leaking. The only problem I had was that the old water heater that he removed leaked dirty water on an oriental runner carpet I had and stained it permanently. He agreed to pay for the cleaning but I have not received a payment thus far. The worse thing is, the stain is so bad, the rug cleaner can't get the stains out. So the rug is ruined. I would at least like to get the cleaning cost back from Bill since I will probably have to buy a... read more

From Bill Glass , the owner. As far as the rug in the house. Some water did pass through the tarps we had laid down. Mrs M has a weave rug, which will stain no matter what you get on it. There were several small spots on it already. We did agree to pay for the cleaning of one rug to a cost of $400.00 in which the whole rug could have been replaced for less but, we kept our word and she picked the company to do the work.as far as payment to Mrs M , we haven't seen an invoice but I will Personally go by without an invoice... read more
