We were able to make an appointment and we didn’t wait long. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Doctors and PAs are great. Front desk receptionist was unfriendly and had a very bad attitude not only towards me but every parent that entered the building while we were in the waiting room.
We were the first to signed up and arrived 15 minutes early but they decided to take the patient that arrived 30 minutes later than us because the child is throwing tantrum. No diagnosis, no medicine and my child still sick!
Last two times one as a walk in and one with an appointment that I came in early in hopes to be seen sooner since my daughter was not well. Both times I watched all walk ins and appointments go in before. One time to wait over an hour in the waiting room to then be told I need to go ER.

I didn’t get spoken to by the doctor. I felt like they took the symptoms of my daughter not serious. Told them my daughter had a fever and was lethargic. I never saw her like that & she’s had higher fevers and rhinovirus but never acted that way. They said she probably has a virus and to just give her tylenol. It felt like they didn’t care too much about what was going on.

I brought my 3 year old here and from beginning to end it was a terrible experience. He had some rashes that I wanted the doctor to look at. A woman called us in had 0 personality and honestly shouldn’t be working with kids. People wearing double masks like that helps anything except make you look uneducated. So we sat and waited in the room for a good 15 minutes. I poked my head out and they clearly didn’t like that I did. Provider we saw dismissed my concerns about my son being in respiratory distress. She said he sounded fine but would give him a nebulizer to make me feel better. Next day we got a chest xray and it was pneumonia. She clearly didn’t know how to properly diagnose a serious condition, despite sharing my concerns including videos of my son in respiratory distress. Atrocious medical care. Had I not followed up because I knew she wasn’t taking us seriously, my 3 year old son would be in the PICU by now in serious condition.
