Front desk girl help and nice energy thanks . Nurse or MA did the test in my son wrong and was annoying that the place was busy . PA was fast but didn’t care at all . Was a busy day but pediatrician have to give me meds for the baby cuz was strep t like a tell them cuz I check and the symptoms and the fever the red throw and white spots but no there just didn’t care and went w the VIRUL like always with no check well . Doctor was good. Just heard a lot of complaining from staff about kids who r getting x rays done when they don’t require them. It’s not their place to say stuff like that. Ur getting paid to do it so stop complaining Parents r the ones who want this done so don’t complain about it when patients can hear u.

Misdiagnosed my son. We brought him into PM pediatrics in Massapequa Park with a barking cough. He has had croup several times already this winter and I knew that’s what it was. The Dr diagnosed him with a drip. I left with an unsettling feeling. His cough continued to worsen through the night and the by the morning it was terrible. We followed through with his pediatrician the next morning and sure enough it was croup. He was given a dexamethasone treatment and he started to improve. Don’t go to PM pediatrics. The receptionist at the front desk was extremely nice and personable. Such a sweetheart. Dr Adam was wonderful. My daughter is SUPER shy and he made her comfortable within a minute. He was patient, kind and thorough. Definitely would recommend PM Peds of Massapequa.

Waited an hour with a 3 year old toddler and an 18 month old. No one told me they would take ever scheduled patient before a walk in . My son needed stitches and after finally being seen the PA told us she couldn't do it because she would need to lift the nail to stitch and sent us to an emergency room. We never saw a physician which is upsetting. In the emergency room the MD told us that that is an old procedure doctors no longer lift the nail and she was surprised that the physician at PM could not do it. I told her we d... read more

Called before I came in to make sure they do stitches on a 3 year olds chin. Told me that they did. Make appointment, wait for two hours for them to tell me they don’t do that and I had to go to ER for sedation when that’s not even a real thing. Don’t waste your time going there you’re better off going to the ER for something that requires more than a check up.
