The staff was caring, professional, on time and provided us with continuous monitoring. No wait time, which was very important in our case. Easy and prompt check in process. Very blessed to have the opportunity to be seen and treated by such amazing medical providers.

We went in around 9:15 because our daughter hurt her shoulder during basketball, the team was so nice to us. They assured us, gave an ice pack, got us in within 15 minutes, xrayed in 10 minutes and confirmed no fracture all in half hour. All in 30 minutes compared to 4-5 hours in an Edward urgent care type of deal. I was pleasantly surprised to see they even had an xray. Thank you for helping us out and putting us out of the misery of wondering if it was a fracture for the night.

Amazing! The service was great, it was really easy to book the appointment online. Everyone is exceptionally professional, starting with the person that greeted us in the front, to the nurse and the doctor. Really warm, clean and welcoming environment. We didn't wait long, my concerns were taken seriously and all my questions and concerns were answered. My son felt comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend it.
