There’s not really a sense of urgency amongst the staff. They had trouble telling me if my son had a strep test or not from the week before. I don’t feel a great bedside manner with doctor. Everyone seems to just go through the motions and acts bothered that you’re there. I got mixed reviews on my daughters throat looking inflamed from nurse and then looking ok from doctor. This isn’t first time I’ve felt this way there and will not go back.

From beginning to end even though I was a walk in, it took four hours from beginning to end. Should have gone elsewhere. Was very disappointed with the experience.

I took my daughter to this urgent care on the fourth day of her fever, cough, and other symptoms. The doctor saw her for less than five minutes and told us she likely had a virus, dismissing any need for further testing. Despite my concerns and asking whether she needed antibiotics, he insisted it was viral and sent us home with nothing but instructions to continue Tylenol. I was especially concerned that he didn’t run any tests, even to rule out common illnesses like COVID or the flu. He seemed to rule them out without any... read more
Absolutely awful, will never return. The doctor was so condescending and had such horrible bedside manner. I'm a nurse that has floated in two different hospitals (that is working in many different floors) and I worked in the ER so I have seen some physicians with terrible bedside manner...if I am telling you that you're awful, then that is saying something!! There are so many medical providers to choose from--choose another one, I implore you.

Few positives and negatives Positive: Good experience with doctor and nurse Negative Lengthy form fill up every time you visit. This can be fixed. It is tough to fill up when you have small sick kid with you They should prioritize based on urgency. My kid has deep crack on skin and she was bleeding but they didnt care about it and give us appointment after 75 min. They should show more empathy!
