Waiting almost 4 hours And when the nurse call us inside we still have to wait because the nurse said the doctor has 3 patients a head of us so she said Glenview clinic doctor can talk to you on FaceTime and he can prescribe you she said so we have no choices this is so terrible 😞

Front desk is horrible, aggressive, unresponsive, disrespectful. Screaming at a patient is unacceptable behavior.

I know when it gets busy, it can get really crazy especially when there's a lot of kids who are sick and are impatient , but I feel like that could've been handled differently. I know the wait time was two hours, but I don't feel like they checked her fully, they didn't ask me to undress her, when she walked in everything was felt rushed. She checked her ears and listened too her heart and asked a couple questions and that was it. She was very nice but could've been better .

The PA was nice, but the nurse or tech who did our vitals was really rude and made me feel uncomfortable.

The nurses mocked and made fun of my 4 year old in front of me. I will report the incident to the department of professional regulation.
