Excessively long wait time, despite scheduled appointment. Very hot, uncomfortable exam room. They initially had nurse discuss xray results and findings with us, we had to insist on seeing a doctor. . Doctor did not take her time explaining things at all—was in a hurry and not friendly.

We went in with a severe cough with our 3 year old and she’s giving us nothing but a whooping cough test to protect the community, that’s what she’s told us . We went to our pediatrician and she’s diagnosed our child with bronchitis from an RSV put him on antibiotics and he’s barely been able to recover slowly. Very disappointed with the service we got at pm pediatric drove 40 Min to get nothing but a test. I don’t recommend this place! The nurse and front desk are amazing. But once we got seen by the doctor I could not believe the rush she was in. I’ve never experienced that ever in a doctor. That was the worst visit I’ve experienced. It would different if it was not for my 2 year and my 5 month old. Truly the worst experience doctor wise. Very disappointed

Waiting almost 4 hours And when the nurse call us inside we still have to wait because the nurse said the doctor has 3 patients a head of us so she said Glenview clinic doctor can talk to you on FaceTime and he can prescribe you she said so we have no choices this is so terrible 😞

Front desk is horrible, aggressive, unresponsive, disrespectful. Screaming at a patient is unacceptable behavior.
