Was a quick visit. They were so sweet to my little girl and prescribed us medications so she can start to feel better and gave tips on how to get her to take medicine when she is so resistant. Also gave us something for the eczema under her eye even though that's not why we were there.

We didn't have to wait long, the nurses and doctors and very nice and knowledgeable. My son felt a lot better after the visit. I'm so glad there is a clinic like this to help young kids especially during night/late evening hours!

I have taken my children to the PM UC in Mt. Prospect on numerous occasions (on/off over 3 years). Each time we have required urgent care, my children have left with delightful memories of the interactions they had with both the nurses and the doctors. Had never been here but brought my toddler in around 10:30pm for a bad ear ache. Everyone was so kind and the visit was very quick. Will definitely come here again in the future if we need an urgent care
