Nurse and doctor were rude and unprofessional. Other staff members were great, but unfortunately our experience was very poor.

This was our 4th time going but last night was the worst experience. It was a complete waste of time going. The doctor seemed bothered that we were there and left us with ZERO information besides she’s sick.

I took my daughter here because she was coughing for 1 week, her chest started to hurt this night and was starting with congestion. Everyone was very friendly but I was told my daughter just had a cold (this was at night) no medicine needed. The next day I took her to her doctors and she had a severe case of bronchitis that did not happen over night, needed antibiotics, steroids, and an inhaler. Big miss by PM Pediatric Urgent Care.
