Your staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. They made my son feel comfortable and we got the help we needed in a timely manner. It’s also very helpful to have x rays on location. We definitely recommend this practice!

The doctor who saw my son was rude and unprofessional. She was more concerned about my son’s tongue tie than treating him for the cough I brought him in for. She spent little time actually attempting to help and ease my worries regarding his cough and was more focused on letting me know I made the wrong decision not getting his tongue tie fixed at birth and letting me know I can bring him to her practice and she will cut the tie for $350. If I could give 0 stars to this place I would. Ended up here only because I was unable to get into our normal pediatricians and was looking for an answer! The only positive was a relatively quick wait time and the woman at the front desk was pleasant. I brought my daughter in for a rash on her butt. I explained this seemed different than a typical diaper rash we have dealt with in the past. Dr. took one peek at it and honestly seemed like he was annoyed. The receptionist incorrectly told us we had a $50 co-pay. I showed her the Aetna website where it shows $0 and I called Aetna and gave her the phone where they explained that the office is a tier one $0 co-pay provider and still my daughter could not be seen unless I paid. This is an unfair position to put a patient in because of a discrepancy between computer systems.
