I was immediately greeted even though I was a walk in the second they opened, I filled out forms, and was immediately taken in. The doc was able to hear my son’s barking cough from the waiting room and actually came out to the front before we were brought in to confirm what she heard. She immediately diagnosed, gave us meds, sent meds and was the utmost professional and loving at the same time.

To start, the Nurse is amazing! She listens and truly shows care for her work and her tiny patients. The doctor was ok. She came across knowledgeable just slightly condescending. Now, the point of this review is to highlight just how important the temperament of the front desk staff is to any customer service business.
