To start, the Nurse is amazing! She listens and truly shows care for her work and her tiny patients. The doctor was ok. She came across knowledgeable just slightly condescending. Now, the point of this review is to highlight just how important the temperament of the front desk staff is to any customer service business. The very hard to miss bothersome attitude of the front desk staff member who checked us in was unacceptable. Fast in and out with 2 kids, I made a mistake with appointments and it wasn’t a big deal. The front staff was so nice and the doctor was amazing.
