The diagnosis was wrong. Why because the MA gave wrong vitals like wrong oxygen level and wrong temperature. She was restless and impatient especially to check baby’s oxygen level. It was’t 99 but she entered that. I don’t know what the doctor checked on her chest for cough but mentioned clear and nothing happened. Do you know what happened? Pneumonia. Yes! Today! The worst experience ever at an urgent care, the doctor was nice but the entire staff was disrespectful and hostile. Will never return there again.

Doctor bedside manner was lacking. Doctor was impatient - surprised and hurt my four year old when she used the tongue depressor. Neither nurse nor doctor washed or sanitized hands when they came into our room. The nurse came in wearing gloves and never changed into new gloves. Unacceptable and unhygienic especially during the winter season and dealing with young children. I will be taking my daughter elsewhere and notifying our pediatrician of our experience.

The doctor who treated my son was very unfriendly. I asked her for medication for my child who has had a fever and cough and I am still waiting for her to send it to the pharmacy! It is the first time that I have had a doctor like that since I have been going to this place for more than a year!🙂↔️😤
