The nurse and PA were great. The front office receptionist /nurse is not friendly and difficult to engage with. When a parent is in a stressed state w a child with injury or illness, facing that makes you want to go elsewhere. She does seem knowledgeable and hardworking.

Great experience for my first time at an urgent care, from the front staff to the nurse to the provider! They were all very nice, I felt like my concerns and questions for my child was heard and addressed, definitely would recommend and go back as needed. 10/10
