My son is non verbal autism and was REALLY HAVING A HARD DAY. You examined him as requested, actually got in his throat, and were successfully in adminstering a large dose of Tylenol.

My son really hates the swabs in his nose for viral testing. He put up such a screaming crying fit. Everyone was so kind and understanding. It took 3 people to get it done but even my son thanked them on the way out. Everyone was truly wonderful and exceeded my expectations.

My first visit the back staff was phenomenal. Front desk EXTREMELY RUDE AND DIRESPECTFUL! Second visit. I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE NO MORE.!! The star in the back this visit was not thorough and felt very quick. Front desk I must say needs a lot of improvement. I know she needs to do her job but communication is KEY at the doctors office. Just checked the reviews to see if it was okay to go in, as we had a previous HORRID experience with their front desk. From reading the reviews, the front desk continues to work there as all the bad reviews make sure to mention her. So they don’t listen or care about feedback. Disappointment since their nurse was great.

I give zero star Doctor Neil Patel worst behavior and please don’t go with him to check . He don’t have any knowledge I took my 2yrs baby boy with blisters and rashes and with my eye I see him google it and reading to me and showing the scary rashes pictures , he was giving scary diagnosis like syndrome and he was saying may be or may not be. We had a great experience at PM Pediatrics for our special needs child who split her chin open. We were so frazzled and upset when we arrived - really tried to avoid a lengthy ER visit with a medically complex kiddo during these high illness seasons with abnormal lung and heart issues. We waited approximately 10 minutes and was swiftly brought back. The staff weighed all our options with us given the unique patient. I’ve only had positive experiences except for this visit. The receptionist tried to have me upload documents for an extended amount of time. I stated that these are usually scanned in by the receptionist when I sign in. After almost 20 minutes when she realized I wasn’t able to scan the documents on the app she finally needed up scanning in the documents like it is typically done.
