The assistant that brings you to the room in your Marlboro office named Helen was nasty, unprofessional, and downright inappropriate. She was mad I rushed my son to this office before closing and decided she would want to scare us into thinking we needed an ER. She was clearly trying to be mean and nasty due to the fact she was annoyed we were there. She was such a poor representation of what anyone that works with children and in health care should be. Just emergency. Shouldn't have high expectations

My daughter’s appointment was at 12 we arrived at 11:50 she wasn’t seen until 1:15. Why have an appointment if it still takes over and out to be seen. There was no apology or acknowledgement of how long the wait was. Absolutely ridiculous!

Though they don't have patients,we always have issues . Xray not working, receptionist doesn't want to anything to help or prescriber doesn't want to give medications and wants us to buy stuff over the counter though our insurance covers it. I recommend it in simple to moderate cases and cannot reach the regular pediatrician

Unprofessional front desk, office and NP. The wait was way too long for having only 2 patients The no problem never checked ears, throat or vitals. Wouldn’t prescribe medication just assumed it was allergies and said take Zyrtec. Not a caring facility at all.

Your doctor and your nurse showed no care about my daughter condition .my daughter went with a high grade fever feet tingling ..her vision got blurry why she was there the doctor showed no concern of her condition..horrible service would never bring my child back to that place with doctor nurse where horrible no care or cover about my daughter health

Would never go back here. Women who took us in was rude! She ignored my daughters symptoms. I told her and the Dr my daughter has a history of strep and they ignored it!! Next day took her to a real urgent care and sure enough she had strep. I’ve already complained about this and you did nothing. You claim in your notes there is nothing in there about her throat bothering her. AGAIN WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE!!

I am disappointed in the work of your PM Pediatric Urgent Care. Waiting for the appointment took more than 50 minutes. Kathryn Kean MD examined my child. In the description of the visit, the doctor indicated that she gave my child a steroid (Dexamethasone), which is a lie! The doctor did not give us any medicine and she clearly told me that she did not see the need for it! Why does the doctor point out this lie?
