Poor experience last two times. Depends on the staff working. I have meet some great doctors and nurses here but there are a few that refused to properly care for my children. I brought my son twice for asthma. Just needing steroids and treatment and was told no. Ended up in the ER anyway. To find out he had flu B and was then in desperate need of a treatment. My son had fever , congestion and sore throat. Your doctor just checked his eyes , ears , nose n throat. And said he just catching a cold . That was 12/4/2025 8:30 PM . Following next day early morning, my son’s pediatrician called n ask him goes to office 。He got Flu A . I only can said that doctor does take her responsibility. Why not even test him ?

The triage nurse and the doctor were fantastic however I had a very, very unpleasant experience at the reception. I was struggling to register and the lady only explained once and even when she could tell that I had not registered, she went ahead and served other patienta who had come after me. When I gave her feedback she was rude and extremely unprofessional.

Brought my baby in for low oxygen levels (87%–93%) documented across three different pulse oximeters at home, both while awake and asleep. Of course, once we got to the urgent care, his oxygen level had improved—but even while resting, it still dropped to 95%. Benjamin Newman-Paul, PA-C was extremely dismissive simply because my baby looked fine. But he’s currently fighting a respiratory infection, and as a parent (and a nurse), I know how quickly infants can decompensate. When I expressed concern, he told me not to “focus ... read more
