Extremely long wait, just for a 5 minute visit from the nurse practitioner. Receptionist was nice, that’s it. Did not seem like the nurse or nurse practitioner listened and actually cared about what was going on.

We always hesitate to go to PM pediatrics. Our experiences were never good, but sometimes we have no choice. Took my 1 year old last time. He was eating dinner and started to cry all of a sudden like something was bothering him. Stopped eating after that. Before this he was perfectly fine. We were worried something migh have been stuck in his throat. We took him to PM pediatrics in Germantown. Doctor/care giver was the worst. She did not ask or listen to our concerns. We made an appointment for 1 o'clock and didn't get seen until 2:40. It's frustrating to go through the process and still keep waiting. I would have rather gone to the ER so my baby would have been seen faster. Then, when the doctor came in. She did a glance and felt like the appointment was rushed, which for waiting for almost and hour and 40 pst my appointment time. I would not recommend to others.
Arrived well before other patients and had to wait for hours. All of the folks who arrived an hour or more after me were seen. How is this urgent care of an appt is needed to be seen regardless of the severity of your childs symptoms?
