Kid friendly. Seen pretty quickly without an appointment. Policy to keep card on file that I refused and was given pushback that wasn’t very polite. Otherwise no complaints.

The doctor and staff were all terrific. The appointment was quick and there was very little wait time. The nurse practitioner was especially great with a very reluctant and scarred patient. This new policy of giving your credit card information, even when you have a zero dollar copayment is awful. With all the letters I’ve received that my card information has been compromised at medical facilities, I find this policy shows the company’s absolute disregard for patients financial privacy.

Super clean, quick check in, great notifications on everything from booking appointment to check in and lab results. This is my go to urgent care for my kids!
