Let me just start with saying the vet techs and some of the receptionists are very kind and compassionate toward us and our dog. However, we will never be returning to this vet. My dog had a growth that looked like a hemorrhoid. I explained this to the vet techs when he got his anal glands done and they checked and said they could not see it which is weird because it was big enough where I personally could see it. I saw it again at home and took him back. They looked at him and said they didn’t see it, without examining with... read more

Myself and our medical director reviewed the notes of the exam and our Doctor did state there was nothing seen upon examination. As I explained on the phone these growths can develop quite quickly and it is quite possible the growth was not at a stage to be detected when our doctors saw your pet .
