A huge thank you to Dr. Lynda and tech Sara for providing us with such a dignified and peaceful goodbye to our beloved 16 year old cat Gwen. You made a very difficult time as respectful and calm as possible, and made our burial and goodbyes a meaningful day of closure. Top notch vet vlinic!
I want to start with I have seen Dr Tom many times and he did great. I brought my 6 month old pug in to see Dr Brown and it was horrible! He was demeaning, made me feel like I was a neglative almost abusive pug parent, this was the 3rd time we brought her in, which he checked like he didn't believe us. He did blood work and when going through it he said it tells him nothing. With NO SYMPATHY he told us with 99.9 certainty she has PDE and will die within a month, even was joking at one point. First time dog owner and first time visiting a Vet. Being a first timer, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the friendly service to both myself and my puppy (Remi). I definitely found my permanent Veterinary Clinic. Thank you!!!

Went there today and asked for check ups and see if they needed any updates on shots for both cats. They didn't go the extra mile to get friendly with my 2 cats or really friendly towards me, strictly business. I said my cat was in the ER apparently because he had an asthma attack, which I repeatedly said I wasn't aware he had that. I was shocked that they didn't want to check into it more, just gave me a continuation of the medication. I asked for check ups/wellness exam but I guess they don't do that here or something.
