Perfect This Polaris 360 was purchased to replace an existing unit. It arrived a day earlier than promised. It was packaged perfectly without damage to any part of the product. For me it turned out to be a straight "plug-n-play" set up as the hose, pressure settings, etc., allowed me to use it straight out of the box.
Poor instructions!! Item works perfectly after struggling with the instructions! Very hard to understand. Maybe the other 6 languages were easier!! English not so much!
Works great so far So far it has done a great job cleaning the pool. Received it ahead of time as well.

Have the rebuild often but not hard to do and cheap Works good for year or so Then needs rebuild You. An rebuild with parts on amazon for about 50$ saving you hundreds on a new one

We wouldn’t buy this one again. It will clean, but Did not perform as well as we had hoped. Often gets stuck in the corners and had to be pushed out to face another direction
