Great Cleaner! I have now had this for a few months and my pool has NEVER looked better. It gets everything up including small particles and is great with picking up leaves. I had a Polaris 9300 which was nothing but a piece of junk so I was hesitant to go with another Polaris product but I am glad I did. I use it in conjunction with the Polaris 3/4 HP quiet pump which also works well (and really is quiet). I did purchase the "fine particle" filter bag and I would highly recommend that as well. Four stars It is working very well and is keeping the pool much cleaner than the old, tired Polaris. We are quite satisfied.
Arrived soon than expected Good product and fast shipping. Arrived sooner than I expected. It works great and fits all existing hook ups. It does freak my dog out who loves to swim. LOL
Gets the job done! This is our 3rd one of these in 3 decades! The operation is simple and sure. Using the sand and silt bag really fine tunes the cleaning capability. We have it set up to run every night for a couple of hours. Gets the job done!
memorial weekend pool saver I had an older model that came with the house, so I don't know for how many years was vacuuming the pool. I was going to buy the 3900 sport but settled 380 models. it is simpler model but so far works great. It needs few improvements on the hose locking nuts. Two of them came loose on the second day close to the robot. Make sure you hand tighten the house locking nuts.
Great product! This product works even better than its predecessor. Sweeps the pool so clean that I only have to vacuum the corners on the steps.
Polaris Pool Cleaner I had an old Polaris that just was a pain no matter what parts I replaced or how it was adjusted. I was going to try another type system when I thought that my pump is not that old. I then decided to buy a newer model and am glad I did. It does an excellent job.
Love Polaris Have had an in-ground pool for over 25 years have went through quite a few cleaners and we always come back to the Polaris. We bought one of those Robot cleaners at 2X the price 2 years ago. It broke the 1st year and we had to ship it off to get it fixed and it didn't work again this year so we went back with the Polaris.
Polaris Pool Cleaner This is our 2nd polaris cleaner; the first one lasted a decade or more. It very thoroughly cleans the pool bottom and goes up the sides 4-5 feet. There are few parts, so if a replacement part is needed, it is easy to fix. We still have the original pump we got with our first cleaner, so this was not such a financial outlay all at once.
