After one year of ownership all drive gears and bushings had to be replaced. Unacceptable.

Within the first year of purchasing the device, it is in the repair shop for repairs. Fortunately, it appears it will be covered under warranty. However, due to the shop having numerous other devices awaiting parts and repairs, the device has been out of commission for us for nearly a month. I would not in good conscience recommend this device to a friend. It is an expensive device with seemingly a poor track record in regards to electronic error codes.

Polaris is great. Issue I have is with warranty work. Leslie's only repair center around. 3-4 MONTHS for it to be fixed!!! This amount of time is unacceptable. Will ensure the next pool vacuum I buy has much better service time.

Not good for free form pool. Does not clean bottom at corners AT ALL. Not to mention the steps. Leaves enough to make me have to drag out my hose and spend 30 mins cleaning. Thus defeating the purpose of spending $1700+ on this patio art. Company sent me what was supposed to be a finer filter but that made no difference. I cannot get a refund for this because its been more than 3 days. And was told that that would have been for store credit only. Robotic cleaners have a difficult time with steps, as they can’t tell if it’s the top of the pool. I submitted for the product rebate that was advertised at the retailer. I was promptly informed that the original purchase price didn't meet the price threshold necessary to qualify for the rebate and therefore the rebate that I was promised was denied. I did some research and couldn't find any details about the price threshold to qualify for the rebate. The rebate info says that a purchase price threshold must be met, but never says the price. Big disappointment. Got it on Friday 22nd July, 2022. "Top of the line" said the salesman at Club PICINE West Island. Have been running it multiple rounds 24 hours under the belt. Misses the corners, leaves behind the fine dirt. Had to resort back to my manual vacuum which POLARIS swears you can do away with. Store refused a return, even though video shows how the Aplha iQ keeps missing picking up the dirt, instead, blows it around, which once again settles at the bottom. Terrible buy for 2,300$

Bag says full very quickly when it really is not.

Hi Sarah, It might be the case that the filter mesh is clogged with fine debris such as algae, silt, and salt that builds upon the inner mesh and restricts flow through the cleaner causing the bin full indicator. We recommend scrubbing the canister with a small brush or sponge and mild soap to eliminate buildup and then rinse the canister thoroughly with a hose.
